Award winning Indian restaurant, Pushkar Cocktail Bar & Dining, will be one of the venues taking part in the popular annual Birmingham Cocktail Weekend on Friday 15th, Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th July. Birmingham Cocktail Weekend is a weekend of sampling the best of Birmingham’s cocktail scene which allows wristband holders (priced at £6) to purchase signature cocktails at great venues across the city, like Pushkar, throughout the weekend for just £4.
Pushkar’s signature cocktail entry is a Grey Goose Vodka based Spicy Mango Cocktail, made up of freshly squeezed mango fruit juice, passionfruit puree, fresh green and red chillies and a generous measurement of Grey Goose Vodka. Those wishing for an extra spicy kick from this concoction can opt for a garnish of chillies rubbed around the rim of the glass.
