Paul is passionate about the work he does to help ex-services personnel in transitioning into civilian life. Having been unexpectedly discharged on medical grounds he knows, only too well, how hard this transition can be and subsequently goes above and beyond to ensure that candidates get the support they need. He is also eager to promote the transferrable skills that make them suitable for a wide range of roles and industries and meets with every candidate to ensure their suitability for a role. Particular areas of strength include service engineers, HGV/LGV drivers, project managers and quality and compliance professionals, however the wide breadth of roles within the services mean that ex-service personnel can be placed in a very wide cross section of vacancies.
Paul has recently been joined by Paul Cadman, as a Director at FRS (West Midlands).
