The hottest sensation of Bollywood, Arijit Singh, has announced his UK and European tour for 2016! Accompanied by top musicians and vocalists, Singh will be hitting the Barclaycard Arena on 9 July. Named the most popular artist of 2014 by Hungama Digital Media Entertainment, Singh has a voice that’s known for having a pain and romance which leaves you humming his songs every time you hear his name.
Iconic track 'Tum Hi Ho' from Aashiqui 2 became India’s love song of 2013 and won him a plethora of awards in 2014, with Forbes India magazine also declaring him 34th on its 2014 celebrity 100 list.
Singh started out as a music programmer for Bollywood composers Mithoon and Pritam, who went on to give him his first hit song ('Raabta' from Agent Vinod in 2012). He followed it up with 'Phir Le Aaya Dil' from Barfi! that won him his first Filmfare nomination. He also recorded his maiden track with AR Rahman for Kochadaiiyaan.
