Clays, which brings one of Britain’s favourite traditional sports, clay target shooting, into stylish bar environments, has announced that sign-ups are live to gain exclusive access to make a booking.
Using unique software, Clays offers an immersive target shooting experience that replicates a British shooting ground. Its mission is to combine an incredible social experience with best-in-class hospitality. Their premium food menu, designed by Culinary Director Roger Olsson, features sustainable British produce and a wide range of expertly crafted cocktails.
Clays' first site in London, Moorgate, opened in 2021, followed by a second location in Canary Wharf in 2022, establishing itself as London’s premier shooting destination. The new venue in Birmingham, located in the historic Piccadilly Arcade, will feature interiors inspired by the British countryside, with a focus on its stunning scenery and greenery.
With space to host up to 500 people across three floors, guests will have plenty of space for shooting, eating and entertaining. Founder and CEO of Clays, Tom Snellock, stated: “Clays has reinvented the traditional country sport of clay shooting by combining a virtual shooting experience with a beautiful bar environment to offer guests something truly unique.
“We think everything’s better with a bit of friendly competition in the mix and our epic social experience gets every guest in the group involved and excited. We’re ready to bring the Clays experience to the Midlands and we hope to see you there!”
Bookings are now open for corporate Christmas parties starting from 2nd December. To make a booking, you can enquire via their website – where you will also discover more about the Clays experience.
Clays is an indoor interactive Clay shooting experience and bar, which officially opened its first venue in Moorgate in November 2021. It offers a fully digitised clay shooting game using advanced technology, alongside a premium food and cocktail menu in a spectacular setting.
Clays aims to create a unique entertainment proposition and sociable, inclusive atmosphere for customers. The games are ever evolving based on customer behaviour, tracked via Clays technology, to create a competitive gaming experience for all new and returning guests.
In 2020, ahead of launching its first site, Clays launched its Clayers Academy, aimed at supporting its employees’ training and development. Following the continued commitment to its employees, in 2024 Clays earned its ‘Great Place To Work’ certification, a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience.
