This year's Sandwell Arts Festival 2015 ended with a spectacular finale. Saturday saw the ever-popular Sandwell Giants' procession in West Bromwich town centre. The procession of giant puppets started at 1pm and went through New Square, Queen’s Square and the High Street before a final performance in New Square.

The procession will this year celebrated the life and achievements of Madeleine Carroll, the Hollywood actress born in West Bromwich who starred in The Thirty Nine Steps and then went on to devote all her time to charity events after the war.

Granny Turismo, the world's only shopping trolley dance display team, performed in the town centre. It was a closing week with many highlights. There was jazz in the libraries to tap toes to and spoken word events.

A new exhibition, 'Soulheaven, truly yours', at Sandwell Arts Café, Central Sixth, New Street, West Bromwich, on Thursday (20 August). It's an exhibition inviting everyone to reminisce. What would make it into your top 10 songs?
