Indie-rockers, The Bluetones, have announced a run of UK live shows for October. Heading to Exeter, Southampton and Margate this Autumn, the shows will see the band celebrate 25 years since the release of their second album ‘Return To The Last Chance Saloon’.

Certified Gold in 1998, the record spawned four hit singles including “Solomon Bites The Worm”, “If” and “Sleazy Bed Track”. The live shows will see The Bluetones performing ‘Return To The Last Chance Saloon’ in full, plus a set of greatest hits.

A huge part of the UK’s iconic Britpop scene, The Bluetones have always been an engaging and dynamic live outfit. Fronted by the enigmatic Mark Morriss, and featuring Adam Devlin (guitar), Scott Morriss (bass) and Eds Chesters (drums),  the band had an impressive run of hit singles including “Bluetonic”, “Slight Return”, “Marblehead Johnson” and “Keep The Home Fires Burning”.

With thirteen Top 40 singles and three Top 10 albums under their belts, the band’s live shows brought the West London four-piece an army of devoted followers worldwide. Having toured with everyone from Radiohead to Bruce Hornsby & The Range, The Bluetones also played at Glastonbury and appeared on Top Of The Pops.

Finally, after playing more than 10,000 shows in over 73 countries, they’re back for more. Hitting the road in the UK this Autumn to celebrate their classic album ‘Return to the Last Chance Saloon’, the band will be playing these dates as follows:
