Award-winning one stop website for all things art, food and travel in local cultures; The Culture Trip has highlighted The Drum as one of the best live music venues in Birmingham. It has recognised The Drum’s importance in supporting intercultural art and it’s dedication in developing, presenting and celebrating the arts and other cultural activities of the city’s diverse communities.

Quoting that the performance venue features a fantastic artistic programme, The Drum has just launched their Spring Brochure filled with Comedy, Theatre, Spoken Word, Dance, Film, Visual Arts and of course Music which sees the legendary soul singer Millie Jackson hit their stage on Sun 7 Feb and gospel sensation Faith Child on the Sat 13 Feb.

Jennie Gentles, Head of Marketing and Arts stated "As the only Intercultural Arts Centre in the UK, it’s great to be recognised on a global platform as this can help bring awareness to the work we do with the diverse local communities which sometimes find it difficult to get showcased on stages elsewhere.  It also recognises the national and international talent we regularly bring to our venue. With a jam-packed schedule coming up over the next few months we are really excited about what The Drum is going to bring to Birmingham!"
