Since the launch in May 2021 of ‘All-in’, the Volkswagen Group’s comprehensive aftercare plan, a quarter of a million plans have now been sold, giving support, financial benefits and peace of mind to buyers of older Group brand vehicles.

With an All-in plan, customers buying an eligible* 3-6 year old Audi, SEAT, Škoda, Volkswagen Passenger Cars or Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles model benefit from up to two years’ warranty, two services, two MOT tests and two years of Roadside Assistance, giving total customer support by qualified technicians, and saving both time and money. All-in packages are provided in partnership with Volkswagen Financial Services, meaning they can be paid up front or spread over monthly instalments for easy budgeting. Monthly prices range from £36.99 (Audi) to £46 (Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles) per month over a 24-month term.

For Volkswagen, SEAT and Škoda customers the cost is £38 per month or £912 over two years: that’s just £1.25 per day. By bundling the elements of the package, All-in customers can save up to £1,390 over two years compared to buying all the elements of the plan individually. Head of Aftersales Business Development at Volkswagen Group UK, Leanne Thomas, said: “When All-in launched, it was the first programme of its kind to be offered by a manufacturer in the UK.

“Take-up has gone from strength to strength over the past four years as customers really start to see the benefits of the plan and seek out products which offer peace of mind and easy budgeting. With 250,000 plans sold, All-in is proving to be a popular package in our aftersales offering. We’re committed to evolving and improving it in future to ensure owners of slightly older vehicles receive the same value, quality and premium experience as those of new models.”
