This September, discover a dining experience unlike any other — where the art of luxury meets the serenity of nature.

Introducing a nomadic, off-grid lifestyle concept redefining seasonal dining in the UK. Launching on 12th September at the exquisite Lower Norton Flower Farm in Winchester, Hampshire, this intimate experience marks the beginning of an exclusive journey through the country's most captivating hidden landscapes. Dining in Plain Sight is not your average feast or pop up, with only four editions of luxury outdoor dining per year. Each edition hosted at a different location chosen for its connection to the season.

This isn't fine dining that's been boxed up and dropped into a field. It's not a field pretending to be a restaurant either - they've crafted their outdoor dining experience to sit somewhere in between. Their clear glass marquee puts the nature and fire at your fingertips.

This is more than dinner. It's an escape — a curated moment in time, designed for those who seek the rare, the beautiful, and the unforgettable.

With a canapes and a 3 course menu, solely cooked over fire by catering partners Wiltshire based Roam, showcasing the best seasonal produce and local suppliers including English sparkling wine from Candover Brook, Chalk Stream Trout and an exclusive wine list from Stone, Vine and Sun. Limited to only 72 guests per night we will introduce you to the makers, growers, and gatherers behind your meal who you'll get to know through the menu. All of them are part of what makes this more than just a lovely evening.

It's a full-circle food story with faces and names, not just labels.
