Katie Taylor will face unbeaten French challenger, Flora Pili at a sold-out Croke Park in Dublin for what is said to be her final ever major bout.

With a 25-1 fight record behind her, with 6 KOs, she defends her WBA, IBF, WBO and Ring Magazine super-lightweight titles while also contesting the vacant WBC belt would, with a victory that would make her undisputed champion at 140lbs once again in what is being billed as the final fight of her career.

Now 40, she will be finally realising her dream of stepping out in front of 80,000 in the Irish capital in her last-ever fight.

The world’s No. 2 pound-for-pound women's boxer is the WBO WBA and IBF champion at 140 pounds (junior welterweight) and she can add the WBC title, to her collection again - which she relinquished last year - with victory and become a three-time undisputed champion.

For the 12-0 (2 KOs) Pili, she is looking to win her first world title. "When I look back on my career, I didn't image ever achieving this much," Taylor said recently, following a boxing journey that began when she had to disguise herself as a boy to compete in her native country, after she first boxed aged 10.

Jonas, who lost to Taylor at the 2012 Olympics and then again for the world title in 2021, is looking forward to the sell-out bout, adding: “Who else in women's boxing could sell out 80,000 as main event?
