The clock is ticking - and there is now less than two weeks to go before the doors open at Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2016 - the UK's leading fine food and drink trade showcase. This year's 'feast-ival' will see more than 850 producers and 12,000 buyers, chefs and business owners celebrate the passion and the trend for great, authentic artisan food and drink. And there's much to savour.....

A few famous faces - There will be a few familiar faces gracing the aisles during The Fair. Television personality Levi Roots will be on the Burts Potato Chips Stand 1932, on Tuesday September 6, between 11am and 1pm. Levi first brought his Jamaican flavour to Burts back in 2013, and is behind the producer's latest flavour - Levi Roots Caribbean Coconut Curry Groove Cut crisps.

Former pop star Gareth Gates will be at The Fair showcasing his new brand - Cuppanut - on Stand 3143. Cuppanut hit the shelves this spring and is a new and innovative hot coconut drink, dreamt up by Gareth in his kitchen! The bio degradable tea bags are filled with real coconut. There are three different flavours; Coconut, Coconut and Cranberry, and Coconut Ginger and Turmeric.

The art of chocolate - Featuring more than 70 premium brands, Speciality Chocolate Fair is also becoming renowned for its stunning chocolate sculpture centrepieces. Created by the Academy of Chocolate's Philippe Wall, this year's showstopper will be a Chocolate Throne. It is chocolatier Philippe's fifth masterpiece. Philippe also features in Speciality Chocolate Live with a presentation entitled 'Cocoa's African Roots'.
