Following the release of her stunning debut album, Hollywood Gypsy, last year, Twinnie returns with her sun-tinged new single ‘Cool’.

Produced by Jon Green (James Bay, Kylie Minogue, Jack Savoretti) at HOXA HQ in London, ‘Cool' is a country-pop gem: infectious, emotional and full of heart. “It’s a hopeful break up song,” Twinnie says. “It’s about being hopeful for a relationship that’s not quite done yet. Feeling torn because you still love someone, but the relationship isn’t working right now.’

Shot in London and directed by Fraser Taylor (Nadine Shah), the video follows Twinnie as she tries to hold onto a fading relationship. ‘Cool was really fun to film with the London skyline as our backdrop’ Twinnie said of the video. ‘It’s a simple love story, reminiscent of Sliding Doors, two people love each other, but can’t seem to make it work.’

Recorded between London, Nashville and Sweden, ‘Hollywood Gypsy’ is a masterpiece filled with irresistible belters. The album is catchy, yet emotive and brimming with charming honest lyrics that draw you into Twinnie’s world. Speaking of the album Twinnie said, “The title of the album pretty much sums me up.” She continued, “I am a traveller by nature and by heritage, so I am quite free.

‘Hollywood Gypsy’ is about me, my life, my artistry.”  Twinnie is playing her debut headline tour during this month.
