Wolverhampton residents and business are invited to attend an information session to find out more about the Commonwealth Games coming to the city.

Wolverhampton will proudly host the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games Cycling Time Trial on Thursday 4 August. 2022, with the race starting and finishing in West Park.

UK Athletics has today confirmed it has officially submitted a joint bid with Birmingham City Council to host the European Athletics Championships at Birmingham’s Alexander Stadium in 2026.

The Birmingham 2022 Queen’s Baton Relay has now visited 68 nations and territories of the Commonwealth in 253 days, with visits to Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales remaining in the international journey.
