AMResorts has signed two new resort brand management deals: Zoëtry Casa Del Mar Los Cabos and Zoëtry Marigot Bay St. Lucia. The two properties are conversions from independent resorts and will expand the Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts portfolio to seven branded properties.

“Demand for boutique resorts is at a high, as travellers crave more intimate experiences in a setting that prioritizes luxury, personalization and safety. Understanding how to optimize this segment for profitability can be a challenge, especially in a volatile market,” said Javier Coll, Group President of Global Business Development, Apple Leisure Group.

 

Zoëtry Casa Del Mar Los Cabos had been part of the Zoetry collection until 2015, and now returns after operating as an independent hotel.

Opening in November 2021, the resort will feature 60 rooms and suites with sunset views of the Sea of Cortez. There will also be two restaurants, two bars, and four pools and a spa. The company says the hacienda-style resort ‘embraces the region’s architecture and spirit to create the ultimate intimate boutique hotel experience.’ Meanwhile the Zoëtry Marigot Bay St. Lucia, the first AMResorts branded property to open on Saint Lucia, will feature 124 rooms and suites. 

Formerly the Marigot Bay Resort and Marina, the resort offers access to one of the top marinas in St. Lucia, which is lined with boutique shops, offering guests a variety of shopping throughout their stay. There’s also a spa, four restaurants, four bars, and two infinity pools with views of Marigot Bay. The resort opening date Zoëtry Marigot Bay St. Lucia has yet to be announced.
