Midlands-based homebuilder, Cameron Homes, has started works on the site of its new development in Cheslyn Hay, in Staffordshire.

The Paddocks is a collection of 17 new homes catering to a wide range of buyers. Offering a mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties, seven of which will be affordable homes. The new development will neighbour the homebuilder’s Wood Heath site, which was completed in 2024, and will be accessible via a new private road.

The small development, which is located between the villages of Cheslyn Hay and Great Wyrley, offers connectivity to the area’s road and rail network, and is situated in close proximity to a number of green spaces and nature reserves. The award-winning housebuilder, which is known for its high-quality finish and build standard, will include a range of sustainable features across the development such as hedgehog highways and bird and bat boxes, as well as providing water and energy-saving features across all homes.

Izzy Thompson, regional sales manager at Cameron Homes, commented: “We’re delighted to build on the success of our recent Wood Heath development with our new collection of homes at The Paddocks.
