Families looking for a fun-packed, low-cost activity during the Christmas holidays can go along to one of Severn Trent's festive trails. The trails will be running at Severn Trent’s visitor sites at Carsington Water, Draycote Water and Tittesworth Water from Saturday 17th December to Monday 2nd January (inclusive).
Using a special map, visitors can head out on a scenic walk around the trails, helping to solve what our forgetful snowman has lost in each of the Christmas scenes. Each completed sheet receives a selection box, or a non-dairy alternative, at the end of the trail.
Donna Marshall, Senior Visitor Engagement Manager at Severn Trent, said: “This year, the trails will be open to families throughout the Christmas holidays, so there’s more opportunity than ever before to come along and take part!
“We know that finances are tight for a lot of people this year, and our trails offer a fantastic, affordable day out and a great way to keep the kids entertained.” There’s no need for visitors to book ahead and fancy dress is encouraged. Parking charges apply.
