They will be celebrating their classically dynamic new look with an all-day relaunch event on Saturday August 9th, featuring a whole day of activities, exclusive giveaways, one-of-a-kind prizes - plus exclusive signings with two superstar Liverpool creators: horror author supreme Ramsey Campbell and the award-winning creator of Anfield Road, film/tv director Chris Shepherd!

World-Famous Liverpool Creator Signings: We’re honoured to host one of the world’s most celebrated horror authors, Liverpool’s very own Ramsey Campbell, for an exclusive Forbidden Planet Liverpool signing from 2:00pm to 3:00pm. A selection of his wildly acclaimed novels will be available for purchase on the day!
They’re equally honoured to host local film/TV/comics legend Chris Shepherd, who’ll be signing his award-winning instant-classic Liverpool graphic novel Anfield Road (A Story of Coming of Age in 1980s Liverpool) at 92 Bold Street between 3.30pm and 4.30pm - copies available to purchase in-store on the day!
