Maneki Ramen, the popular Japanese inspired restaurant is celebrating National Ramen Day on 4th April with an irresistible, one day only offer, where guests can enjoy any ramen bowl on the menu for just £10 between 12–4pm. Diners can choose any ramen bowl on the menu, including the exclusive chef’s special, the Maneki X Umami Chef Spicy Kara Miso Tonkotsu.
A rich and indulgent bowl, featuring a deeply savoury tonkotsu broth, crispy chashu pulled pork, Tokyo noodles, smoked bean sprouts, pickled ginger, scallions, half ajitama egg, nori, Umami Chef kara miso tare, and Maneki’s signature chilli crisp. Director and chef at Maneki Ramen, Pete Dovaston said “We wanted to do something genuinely special to mark National Ramen Day and give something back to our customers who’ve supported us in Birmingham.
“Ramen is all about comfort, depth of flavour, and craftsmanship, and this one-day offer is a way for more people to experience that without any barriers. Whether it’s a rich tonkotsu, something spicy, or one of our plant-based bowls, every dish on our menu reflects the passion we have for modern Japanese cooking.
