On Saturday 5th October, MyBB Education and Birmingham’s only physical black bookshop, MyBookbasket, will join forces to celebrate Jayce’s achievements in a Book Launch Plus event, featuring an afternoon of fun children’s activities including a Cultural Games corner, Under 8s Storytime with Aunty BB, Cultural Arts and Crafts, Jayce’s Activities Corner, Face-painting, child-focused stalls, entertainment and lots more.
It will of course also be an opportunity to meet with the talented young author who is a member of Mensa. He will read from the latest of his 3 publications and share more about his innovative new Learning Box.
The event takes place at Birmingham’s Legacy Centre of Excellence on the same day as their Black History Month Cultural Market, so it is a perfect opportunity to enjoy a family day out whilst celebrating Black enterprise, culture and talent.
