Royal Caribbean has announced the launch of an exciting new destination in the Western Caribbean called Perfect Day Mexico.
Set to open in 2027, this new stop will be located in Mahahual, along Mexico's Caribbean coast. Perfect Day Mexico will combine Royal Caribbean’s signature adrenaline-pumping attractions with Mexico’s rich culture and breathtaking landscapes, building on the success of the company’s popular Perfect Day at CocoCay.
CocoCay has played a key role in enhancing guest experiences and boosting the company’s business results. With travellers increasingly seeking unique destinations that influence their booking decisions, Royal Caribbean is eager to expand its Perfect Day Collection with the introduction of Perfect Day Mexico.
This destination will cater to guests looking to explore the Western Caribbean and will complement the recent opening of the Royal Beach Club in Cozumel, providing more options for itineraries in this part of the Caribbean. Perfect Day Mexico’s main attractions will include a cutting-edge water park, along with pools, beaches, restaurants, and bars.
Additional details are expected to be unveiled in the coming months, but the destination promises to offer an unforgettable experience for both adventure seekers and those looking to unwind under the sun. In line with Royal Caribbean Group’s commitment to sustainability, Perfect Day Mexico will be developed in partnership with the local community and the Mexican government.
The project aligns with the company’s "SEA the Future" initiative, which emphasizes responsible and sustainable vacation experiences, ensuring that the new destination has a positive impact on both visitors and the region.
