President and CEO Johan Westman has exercised warrants and acquired 9,392 shares in the company, with his total shareholding in AAK now amounts to 73,000 shares.
Since September 2025, it has been possible to exercise warrants under the incentive program (“Warrants Program Series 2022/2027”) introduced at the Annual General Meeting in May 2022. The transactions have been reported to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with applicable regulations.
