International Culinary Consultant Alan Coxon is delighted to announce that not only will he be hosting / chairing and speaking at the “World Chefs Summit” to be held at the prestigious Monte Carlo Grimaldi Forum, but he has also been invited to produce a canapé for the inaugural cocktail event where “Le Chef magazine ” will be announcing the “ 2017 World ranking 100 Chefs”.
The event will be attended by some of the world's greatest chefs, leading Industry professionals and global media.
Alan says “ I am delighted to be participating on so many fronts and very excited to be cooking and presenting to my peers at such a world class event. Developing a canapé for my peers has certainly made me think very carefully about all aspects of the food, ingredients and final presentation as this particular audience certainly adds to the pressure to say the least.
I am also delighted to be sharing the platform and offering some of my own experiences at the congress as well as having the opportunity to chair other culinary debates and discussions."
The congress itself is a veritable hub for the culinary arts where chefs and professionals will gather in Monaco to help shape the cuisine of the future, with a blend of gastronomy and lifestyle with leading talent sharing their experience, training and inspiring a new generation of chefs and culinary arts professionals.
