Delivered by Birmingham City University and supported by the West Midlands Combined Authority, the Aspiring Leaders for Digital Transformation Bootcamp provides a comprehensive, 60-hour guided learning program designed to give you the confidence to lead in these complex environments.
Over 8-day long sessions over 14 weeks, you will:
- Build leadership confidence - through experiencing a variety of leadership styles and techniques that can be applied to digital transformation, including ‘design thinking’.
- Prepare for change - through understanding approaches to leading and managing digital transformation within your team.
- Develop a personal and professional development plan - Identifying potential opportunities for future career growth.
- Implement inclusive leadership - Learn and apply strategies to be an inclusive and people-centred leader.
