Birmingham property consultancy Johnson Fellows has bolstered its facilities management team to support the company’s growing profile of commercial and residential properties.

Jay Chauhan has joined the team as Helpdesk Manager and will play a key role in ensuring all maintenance requests are handled efficiently to deliver the highest standard of support to clients. She joins from Sanctuary Housing Association bringing over 13 years of experience working with Mainstay Group and Principal Estate Management. 

Her appointment reflects Johnson Fellows’ ongoing commitment to delivering responsive, high quality facilities management services across its diverse portfolio, which includes property and commercial management, a strong capability in resolving complex building issues, robust knowledge of legal and statutory compliance, and proven expertise in effective asset management.
