Midlands creative comms agency Campaign is ‘amping up’ as it approaches a bold new chapter, ahead of its sixth anniversary, with an exciting new look and website, sharper proposition, string of new client wins, and key hires to its growing team.

Now simply called Campaign, the agency has welcomed Laura Townsend as its newest Campaign Coordinator; with more than 13 years’ experience working across a range of B2B and consumer clients, Laura has delivered PR and digital campaigns within the property, construction and home interest sectors, for the likes of Cala Homes, Selco Builders Warehouse and Brindleyplace. Laura’s appointment comes off the back of several exciting new additions to the Campaign client roster, which include:

  • Heart of Worcestershire (HoW) College - the largest further education college in Worcestershire
  • Shiko Group - one of the North West’s leading bar and kitchen operators, with venues in Manchester and Leeds
  • Maiden Cricket - an exciting new brand of cricket apparel designed specifically for girls and women
  • Karak Chaii - one of the UK’s fastest growing Indian street food restaurant chains
  • Say86 - a groundbreaking new low-cost sourcing platform for the hospitality industry

Campaign has also been named as a finalist for ‘Small Consultancy of the Year’ in the PRCA Dare Awards 2025, which will be held in June. Since forming in 2019, Campaign has created PR-led campaigns for a myriad leading brands, including Hard Rock Cafe, Blenheim Palace, Purity Brewing Co., Media 10, and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway.

Co-founders, Jon Perks and Allyson Richardson, commented: “This is a bold new chapter; our new branding and proposition reflect how we’ve evolved as an agency over the last six years - we’re all about campaigns led with a PR head and awareness earned with creativity at the heart.

“Laura is a fantastic addition to the team and brings with her a wealth of experience and an enviable book of contacts.” Campaign sits within Cab Studios group, a unique community of studios and sector specialists, which includes Cab Hospitality, Cab Engine, and Cab Property.

For more than 20 years, Cab Studios has been making a name for itself with one simple mantra - ‘Uniting Knowledge’. Al Allaway, Co-Founder and Partner at Cab Studios, said: “Campaign is a thriving agency under the Cab Group.

“Our journey with Jon and Ally has been fuelled by their incredible passion for what they do and their ever-growing business acumen. This is why the agency has accelerated its growth year on year. It’s a great partnership the group is very proud of.

“The next chapter is even more exciting.”
