This Christmas, Worcester Cathedral is delighted to unveil a heartfelt new addition to its beloved Christmas Tree Festival: Dedication Trees - a meaningful way to honour loved ones, celebrate someone special, or simply give thanks during the festive season.
In partnership with St Peter’s Garden Centre, 60 real miniature Christmas trees will adorn the Cathedral’s historic Chapter House, each available for personal dedication. Whether in memory, celebration, or gratitude, these trees offer a unique opportunity to create a living tribute that extends beyond Christmas.
For £55, each Dedication Tree will:
- Be beautifully displayed in the Chapter House throughout the Christmas Tree Festival (4 December 2025 – 6 January 2026)
- Feature your personal dedication message, visible to tens of thousands of visitors
- Be adorned with your choice of decorative topper (a star or a bow)
- Be yours to take home in January — to plant, nurture, and enjoy for years to come
Sam Poursain, Events Director at Worcester Cathedral, said: “This initiative is a beautiful way for the whole community to connect and engage with Christmas 2025 at the Cathedral.
“It’s about remembrance, celebration, and creating something lasting - a tree that grows with your story. Whether as a thoughtful Christmas gift or a personal gesture of remembrance, these Dedication Trees enable families and individuals to be part of a cherished tradition in a truly special way.”
Reserve your Dedication Tree today and join us in making this season one of reflection, joy, and lasting memories.
