Jack Brabant, director of Digbeth Dining Club, said: “We’re delighted to announce this new partnership with the Black Country Living Museum, which will see our two brands collaborate on a very special evening dining experience for visitors at the much-loved Midlands attraction.
“This will be a unique occasion where we’ll see the Black Country of old meet the best in contemporary food and drink - we’re especially looking forward to seeing what Black Country workers from over the past 250 years including miners make of the latest street food creations. We know from delivering our hugely successful events across the Black Country that there is definitely an appetite for a high standard of street food along with cultural programming.
