The award winning Chef and restaurateur Jean-Christophe Novelli has joined forces with the Channel Island of Guernsey and will take part in the first Guernsey International Food Festival from the 18th – 27th September. Events are taking place daily throughout the festival but Jean-Christophe will be on the island on Saturday 26th September and Sunday 27th September taking part in several events which visitors can buy tickets to. In addition fans of the charismatic French Chef can simply stroll along to the capital of St. Peter Port and the atmospheric seafront to watch Jean-Christophe's skills live in action in two demonstrations at the Seafront Sunday Live Food Show on the 27th September.

For those looking for a more fun dining experience Jean-Christophe will be joining the Prohibition Supper held at the Bella Luce hotel www.bellalucehotel.com on the 26th September. Guests will head back in time to the roaring 1920's for this four course tasting menu at the hotel's two AA Rosette restaurant. In a real taste of the prohibition diners will sample gin and vermouth alongside each course and to add an element of drama to the night 1920's dress is most definitely encouraged!
