This September sees the world famous Mind Body Spirit Wellbeing Festival roll into the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), fresh from its 38 years of London success. This three-day festival celebration of self-exploration, self-expression, music, yoga, meditation and life changing workshops will be like nothing ever seen before in Birmingham.

This Festival will feature the most inspirational, motivational speakers, musicians, artists and performers from across the globe. With a speaker programme featuring Paul McKenna, international best sellers such as Lorna Byrne and Kyle Gray, and also Birmingham’s own Ian Tucker.  In addition to the speakers programme, the festival also boasts over 100 exhibitors and leading brands specialising in meditation, mindfulness, organic health and beauty products, nutrition, aromatherapy, yoga, reiki and natural healing, to name just a few.

This unrivalled Festival will also offers over 70 hours of FREE talks, music and interactive experiences from world leading teachers and entertainers, held in our famous Wellbeing Studio, Pop Up Temple, Mantra Lounge and Live Stage, hosted by the award winning Tim Wheater.

“The MBS festival is a really unique event and is already well-established around the world. It will undoubtedly create a fantastic festival atmosphere at the NEC” said David Gallagher, the NEC’s New Business Development Manager.

“We always make the festival a creative, exciting and unforgettable celebration of everything Wellbeing,” said Josh Roberts, Festival & Events Director at Mind Body Spirit Festival Ltd. “By launching in the Midlands we are aiming for the festival to become more accessible to our national audience, whilst also attracting some new faces, which will create the most incredible atmosphere. That’s a critical factor for us because ultimately, we’re Glastonbury without the mud!”

So ditch your work mind and come explore in a celebration of awesome proportions.
