East London Supper Club hosts Palm Greens are bringing their vibrant, globally inspired plant-based cuisine to new social and co-working hub LOOM Club Islington today, Friday November 15.
The event will be among the first in a series of 'Chef's Table' dining experiences at LOOM that celebrate kitchen creativity, flavour, and innovation. Set in The Ivories, an old piano factory designed by Kasawoo, the cosy open-plan kitchen and lounge area is the perfect environment for plant-based chef Kali Jago to create a beautiful four-course meal and interact with guests.
Expect Palm Greens' signature showcase of seasonal vegetables with bold flavours and brand-new dishes, such as Squash Balado, designed to excite and nourish. To accompany the delicious feel-good menu, Palm Greens co-founder and ex-musician Memby Jago is revisiting their Netil House roots by adding a live soundtrack of atmospheric jazz, soul, broken beat, and hip-hop from Patterns Weekly—a collective of musicians showcasing the best-emerging talent.
Upon arrival, guests will also be welcomed with complimentary drinks from event partner L.A. Brewery who are leading the new wave of non-alcoholic fermented alternatives. The perfect start to a communal and immersive evening of food, drink, and entertainment.
