More than 5 million Brits are planning a holiday at home for the August Bank Holiday weekend this year according to a VisitEngland survey.  VisitEngland’s Bank Holiday Trip Tracker survey shows that 5.1 million Brits are planning an overnight holiday trip in the UK this weekend, with 4.6 million planning a holiday in England.  Brits holidaying at home for the long weekend are expected to generate about £1.25 billion for the UK economy, of which £1.1 billion will be spent in England.

OVER half (59 per cent) of Brits would now consider going on a nudist holiday, sunbathing in the buff or visiting a nudist beach, a survey reveals. As guests go nuts for the launch of nude restaurants in both Australia and the UK, and butt-naked dating on TV is now a thing, more than a third of British men (35 per cent) say they would consider sunbathing naked this year and 14 per cent would go on a nudist holiday, compared to 17 per cent and six per cent respectively for women.
