The View from The Shard, the tallest building in Western Europe, has unveiled a programme of Christmas wonder, from carol singing to champagne and even a cinematic classic… there really is something for everyone. The open-air Skydeck on Level 72 will also be transformed from 21 November into a serene winter hideaway – 800ft above the capital for all guests to enjoy. You can experience 360-degree views for up to 40 miles with winter plants, pine trees and twinkling lights. Warm-up with a drink from The View from The Shard's 'design your own' Hot Chocolate Bar - there'll be unique flavours to choose from and a selection of toppings so you can create your own winter treat.

On Level 69, you'll be able to enjoy a glass of Lanson23 gold flake champagne and enjoy Christmas carols next to London's highest Christmas tree. The choir will perform every Sunday in December from 3PM.

As the sun sets over the city and darkness descends, the sparkling lights of London will give a completely different perspective to the iconic skyline.  Kick back, relax and marvel at one of the greatest Christmas movies of all time, Miracle on 34th Street (the original) with a one-off screening in the stars, on Wednesday 14 December.  Tickets also include a free glass of bubbles!

To celebrate Christmas, the popular Kids Go Free offer will return for one week between Saturday 17 December and Christmas Eve…so wrap up your little ones, spark their imagination and make the most of the seasonal magic. Families will be able to spot both historic and modern landmarks, discovering over a 1,000 years of London's history, taking in sites such as The Houses of Parliament, The Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, the Olympic Park and Wembley Stadium. The kids may even be able to spot their own chimney from the viewing platform.
