The Black Country Chamber of Commerce is looking forward to a year of developing and maintaining relationships. With this in mind, the Chamber is delighted to announce the return of the successful Strategic Leadership Programme, an exclusive programme to develop the leadership and management skills of CEO’s, MD’s and Senior Managers. This course is aimed at supporting business growth and inspiring leaders throughout the region.

Corin Crane, Chief Executive of the Black Country Chamber of Commerce, commented: “The Strategic Leadership Programme consists of six whole day training sessions and six one-to-one coaching sessions over a 10-month period along with a range of masterclasses covering a range of subject areas such as process improvement and customer experiences. This is all delivered by a professional facilitator, Wendyanne Shapiro, with significant experience within both the manufacturing and services sectors. It is a great opportunity for business leaders and managers to develop and support business growth.”

Wendyanne Shapiro, Lotus Flower Consultancy, added: “This is a real world programme for real world people and businesses. Not only will you gain knowledge and hone your skills, you will also have the opportunity to interact with other companies and share experiences to enhance your learning even further.”

The exclusive one-to-one coaching sessions are an opportunity to develop the learning process even further. The one-hour meetings with Wendyanne Shapiro between the workshops push you to think about putting the theory into practice and discussing real life examples in your business.

Rob Burnell, Norman Bookkeeping and Payroll Ltd, commented: "The course has added a lot of value to both myself as a leader and the business. I can't put into words how much this course has helped, since the start of the year our turnover has almost doubled."
