The magnificent grounds of Blenheim Palace will be home to their first food festival of 2015 from 23 - 25 May, 10am to 5pm.  Home to the 12th Duke and Duchess of Marlborough and birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill, Blenheim Palace is a true masterpiece of 18th Century Baroque architecture.

The festival village will be filled with a huge variety of local and regional food and drink producers for all your foodie needs! With over 70 stalls there will be something for everyone including handmade British food gifts, charcuterie, artisan cheesemakers, local eateries, bakers, wines and beers, wood oven pizzas, fruit and vegetables, chillies, sauces and pickles, sweets, juices as well as produce from around the world including Italy, Spain, Vietnam, India, Germany and the Mediterranean……  Enough to whet anyone's appetite!

Demonstrations

A Food & Drink theatre will feature a range of cookery demonstrations for adults and children alike and talks from a variety of food and drinks experts including Arnaud Stevens, Patron Chef at Sixtyone in London.  Arnaud is a classically trained chef and restaurateur who is passionate about food and has worked tirelessly to recreate the experience of Southern French culture of traditional, flavoursome food with a modern, creative twist enjoyed in a social yet peaceful setting Arnaud has worked with a number of celebrity chefs including Gordon Ramsey, Jason Atherton and Richard Corrigan.  

Also demonstrating will be Dipna Anand, Richard Bertinet, Kelly Mauger, Black Dog Wine Agency, Mojito Maverick and Fine Chocolate Spa. Some of the best regional talent will be showcasing their skills so come along and learn some new ideas from baking tips to fine dining know-how. On top of cooking up treats on the demo stage there will also be a number of food and drink related talks. The demo theatre really is the place to be for any budding chef.

Kids

Introducing the new 'Kid's Club'.

There will be a variety of games and activities for children of all ages including a petting farm and lots of fun for our younger visitors.  All children who join Kids Club will get a free goodie bag and a fun quiz and the opportunity to win a Riverford Hamper.

Foraging

Music

There will be a variety of live music throughout the weekend, so you can do some shopping, grab some food and then have a well-earned relax with a local beer (or two) whilst listening to some great live entertainment!
