The preview list of restaurants taking part in Birmingham Restaurant Festival from the 1st to the 31st of August has just been revealed.

Every year, restaurants participating in Birmingham Restaurant Festival create a great value, set dinner menu for diners to enjoy during the Festival; some restaurants will also offer a lunch menu. Throughout August, the public is invited to make reservations at as many venues as they please, to sample these exclusive and accessible menus.

Thanks to the great-value menus curated by each restaurant, diners will have the opportunity to try new dishes, new cuisines, and new restaurants, including the Michelin-Starred Purnell’s. The festival will grant guests the tastes of America, India, Syria, Thailand, Spain, France, and China, alongside the very best of British, plus many more.

Other participating restaurants include Hotel du Vin’s Birmingham Bistro, Primitivo, Chaophraya, Isaac’s, and Chung Ying Cantonese, home to one of the UK’s largest selections of dim sum. The final restaurant line-up will be revealed closer to the event and the Festival menus will all be announced on the 20th of June.
