The Ugly Sisters are on the hunt for boyfriends in Coventry this Christmas for the Belgrade Theatre pantomime Cinderella, running on the Main Stage (B1) from Weds 22 Nov – Sat 13 Jan 2024.

Lovers of heavy metal music, Flatula and Aroma are back from a summer of muddy festival fields and are looking for a no strings attached fling this festive season. These two single, stinky, step-sisters are desperate to find two willing partners to accompany them on their personal love islands and partake in some on-stage romance!

Cinderella ticket holders can nominate their unsuspecting husbands, bosses, brothers, dads, colleagues and friends for a chance to appear on stage with the headbanging sisters… but be warned, things could get messy! Flatula and Aroma have very specific types in mind which means that all nominees should be aged 18 years or over and be seated in the stalls of the auditorium.

The Ugly Sisters said: “As two very glamorous young ladies, we’re eager to find our fairytale prince to give us the TLC we deserve and join us for lots of fun and mayhem in the Belgrade pantomime! Of course, we’ll take very good care of them too!” This wonderful rags-to-riches tale is guaranteed to delight all the family and bring a touch of magic and make-believe to your festive celebrations.

Once again written and directed by Iain Lauchlan, this year’s panto will feature the spectacular sets, lavish costumes and sing-along-songs that make a trip to the Belgrade a truly unmissable Christmas treat for thousands of families every year. If you know of a man who is coming to see the show and aren’t afraid to let this pair loose with them, please nominate them by emailing the name of the person you would like to put forward, along with the time and date of the performance he will be attending, plus the seat number and row he will be sitting in (the nominee must be seated downstairs in the stalls) to This email address is being protected from spambots. Don’t forget to include ‘Panto Nomination’ in the subject line of your email. The (un)lucky man won’t know a thing about it until the delightful dames come to find him during the show, so this is the perfect opportunity to play a joke on a boss, wind up your dad or get revenge on a friend!
