From 1st - 5th May, you’re invited to enjoy all of the festival food and drink, curated with the zest of Mexico, with entree options including:
- Chips & Queso; seasoned ground beef topped with cheese sauce, hatch chillies, spring onions, and tortilla chips - with the choice to add pico de gallo and guacamole.
- Steak & Chicken Queso Fajitas; grilled chicken and steak onions served with peppers, cucumber pickled pico, cotija, salsa guacamole, shredded lettuce, charred corn, pickled onion aji verde, and sour cream.
- Tequila Lime Marinated Chicken Fajitas; chicken fajitas with a hint of lime fresh pico de gallo, served with a roasted corn salad, Monterey Jack cheddar cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and warm tortillas.
And because it wouldn’t be a true Cinco De Mayo celebration if the food wasn’t complemented by some flavoursome drinks, a mouthwatering menu of margaritas are also on offer:
- Beja California Blackberry; Sauza gold tequila, triple sec, blackberry syrup, fresh strawberries and blackberries, and a house-made margarita mix with a sugar rim.
- Mexico City Mango; Sauza gold tequila, triple sec Sambal chili, mango puree house-made margarita mix, with a Love All spice rim.
- Canum Orange Cadillac; Patron Silver tequila, cointreau orange liquor orange juice, house-made margarita mix, and a Grand Marnier float with a salt rim.
