Throughout October Hilton London Metropole will be inviting guests to tuck into fabulous, fresh and sustainable fish at the hotel's contemporary Fiamma restaurant in celebration of National Seafood Week (7th-14th October). Showcasing the company's long-term commitment to the responsible sourcing of fish, the Hilton London Metropole team has compiled a tantalising menu of signature dishes which – in keeping with organiser Seafish's objective – aims to “encourage more people, to eat more fish, more often.”

With National Seafood Week at its heart, Hilton London Metropole will be offering an unmissable menu in both the Fiamma Restaurant and through Room Service from 1st to 31st October. Choices will change throughout the month, with highlight dishes including Crab Bisque with Cognac Foam, Chorizo and Basil Mussels with Rosemary Foccacia, and Herb Crusted Sea Bream with a Broad Bean and Pea Risotto. Prices start from £20 for two courses or £25 for three courses, while items can also be ordered à la carte. Hilton London Metropole will be cooking up a storm as part of a larger national seafood promotion from Hilton Worldwide and will showcase the very best of their seafood offering alongside their continued commitment to the cause of sustainable fish.

Organised by Seafish – a non-departmental public body whose mission is to support a profitable, sustainable and socially responsible future for the seafood industry – National Seafood Week is an eight-day, annual campaign that turns the spotlight on the variety and quality of fish and shellfish on offer in the UK.   Aimed at getting more people to eat more fish more often, the campaign encourages local organisations and businesses to jump on-board to help cast a wider net!

If you love fish as much as #hiltonlovesfish, then visit Hilton London Metropole this October, where the only catch is the fish of the day!
