Ahead of the long weekend, it has been announced that The Grand Hotel Birmingham has revealed its brand new Sunday Lunch menu.

Available at New York City inspired restaurant, Isaac’s, guests can expect a blend of American comfort food with British brasserie classics and a touch of French flare. Complementing its traditional and much-loved Sunday roast, which injects a modern creativity into the time-honoured tradition with especially crispy Yorkies and a special rich gravy, weekend guests (from both the hotel and those in the local area) will now be able to enjoy a wide range of Sunday lunch dishes for the very first time including sea bass with king scallops and pea puree, beetroot potato gnocchi with a Worcester blue cream sauce and dry aged, grass fed steak cuts such as Bavette, Sirloin and Ribeye, to name just a few.

Supporting family and friends to connect over dining culture, guests can celebrate the week passed with a stream of live music and entertainment from local artists - all while sipping on a glass of wine or innovative and organic IPA from the carefully hand-picked selection. Nestled within the historic grandeur of this iconic property, Isaac's has long been a visitor attraction of Birmingham in its own right since it first relaunched in 2020 - named after the original owner of the hotel from 1879, Isaac Horton.

With a focus on seasonal ingredients and locally sourced produce, Isaac's prides itself on creating dishes that are both familiar and innovative and the new Sunday lunch offering will be no different.
