Brazil’s famed Festival Interlagos 2023 will be the stage for the Mitas launch of its Custom Force tyre line for motorcycle enthusiasts across Brazil. Mitas team will be on hand to showcase the full range of Two-Wheeler tires, and to provide sales and service right on site. The Festival, taking place from June 22-25 at São Paolo’s Interlagos Racing Circuit, is expected to attract 80,000 visitors for four days of exciting racing and music.

The Big Event, hosted by the Motability Scheme, saw its biggest ever attendance with a record-breaking turnout of more than 11,600 visitors attending the two-day event at The NEC in Birmingham. 

The Big Event took place on Friday 19 and Saturday 20 May 2023 and offered the chance for disabled people and their families, friends and carers to find out everything they need to know about the Motability Scheme. With over 150 vehicles on display, visitors could explore the latest range of cars, take a test drive and have their questions answered by Scheme experts.

The rental and mobility company SIXT has signed an agreement with BYD, the world's leading manufacturer of new energy vehicles (NEVs), to acquire 100,000 vehicles for the European market over the next few years. This agreement will allow Sixt to promote electric mobility.

This marks the beginning of an important long-term partnership, driving a shared vision to help accelerate the adoption of sustainable mobility, with an initial order from SIXT for several thousand electric vehicles from BYD. This preliminary order is expected to be supplemented by SIXT with another 100,000 BYD electric vehicles over the next six years.
