Gran Hotel Atlantis Bahia Real wins 'best in Canary Islands' at prestigious cocktail awards 'World Class Competition 2016'. The Mirador Bar located at the Gran Hotel Atlantis Bahía Real 5 * G.L in Fuerteventura has been selected as the best mixology bar in the Canary Islands, in the most prestigious bartending competition worldwide - the WORLD CLASS. Recognised for its diverse and innovative cocktail menu, twinned with the positive and dynamic spirit of the bar staff including José Ángel Martínez, Daniele Cordoni and Enrico Basile, the Mirador Bar has become a reference for great cocktails in Spain and the Canary Islands.

Best-seller cocktails, according to Daniele Cordoni include 'Walk in the Garden'; a romantic concoction which includes artichoke Amaro, fresh grapefruit juice, ginger infused syrup and fresh herbs, stirred the old fashioned way and served over crushed ice or 'The Mermaid's Pot'; a beautifully presented cocktail served in a seashell offering a lively balance of bourbon and sugar, fresh mint and champagne served over an apple liqueur ice ball. 

As well as a varied cocktail menu, Fuerteventura's most luxurious hotel also offers a selection of six restaurants including award winning restaurant “La Cupula” led by Michelin star chef Carles Gaig and recently awarded one of Fuerteventura's two Repsol Suns.
