The Australian Pink Floyd Show is back in the UK in 2016 for their ‘THE BEST OF THE BEST’ Tour, kicking off the UK leg at Birmingham’s Barclaycard Arena on the 14 October! Having sold over 4 million tickets in 35 countries, The Australian Pink Floyd Show is hailed as one of the leading concert performances currently operating and have generated their own legacy and heritage.

Experts in the UAV and drone industry have predicted a surge in the training and use of commercial drones for 2016, ahead of the nation’s first ever drone expo. The UK Drone Show is set to take place at the NEC in Birmingham, and due to demand an extra date has been added, now running 5-6 December 2015.

More than 350 paintball teams and thousands of enthusiasts from around the world will descend on Kissimmee to compete in the 2015 NXL World Cup, October 15-18. The event is a collaborative result between the National Xball League (NXL) and the Kissimmee Sports Commission to bring the tournament back to its roots.

Calling all music lovers, there's a new festival happening in Franklin, Tennessee September 26 & 27, 2015. It's not just any festival. It's the Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival, a two-day experience with an incredible lineup of more than 30 musicians led by legendary artists Willie Nelson, Sheryl Crow and Steven Tyler.

After starring in four films, Craig is ready to move on from the Bond franchise with speculation that the London-born award-winning star, Elba, is ready to take-up the baton.

The Birmingham Honey Show is returning to Martineau Gardens, a Community Garden, in Edgbaston, on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 September, from 10am until 4pm. Organised by Birmingham and District Beekeepers Association (B & DBKA), this family-friendly, free event will be a chance for people to find out more about the intriguing craft of beekeeping and to immerse themselves in the world of honey.

Mumford & Sons capped off an incredible Summer with a huge British return show at Reading Festival where they also announced details of a UK/Ireland arena tour for later this year, and as promised, Mumford & Sons will return to the UK later this year for their first tour here since 2012. They head out in November for an eleven date run, hitting the Genting Arena on 30th November.

September 19th 2015 marks the 14th International Talk Like a Pirate Day, a global event which urges people around the world to have a bit of fun and spend 24 hours talking like a pirate... but not everyone knows how to properly talk like a pirate, so the crew at Newquay's newest attraction, Pirate's Quest, have embarked on a mission to teach visitors how to sound like an authentic buccaneer in preparation for Talk Like a Pirate Day.

From iron spiders to steaming salt-pans, visitors are invited to explore Cheshire's industrial heritage and the county's 2000 year relationship with salt this autumn through two major attractions, Anderton Boat Lift and the Lion Saltworks Museum. Built by Edwin Clark in 1875 to lift cargo boats 50 feet from the River Weaver to the Trent & Mersey Canal, the Anderton Boat Lift is now a significant attraction in the heart of Cheshire.

With the last bank holiday of the summer just around the corner, families need look no further than their own back garden with the inaugural Big Little Tent Festival on Sunday 30 August. With free festival packs available to order, The Big Little Tent Festival is encouraging families to hold their own mini-festival in their back gardens; camp out together, cook together over a campfire (or barbecue) and spend time enjoying each other’s company. 

School trip friendly venues across the county include the recently opened £40million 'Islands' attraction at Chester Zoo, the biggest development in the history of zoos. The large and complex build is now home to a number of animals classed as critically endangered in the wild, and takes visitors on an expedition through the recreated South East Asian habitats of Panay, Papua, Bali, Sumatra, Sumba and Sulawesi.

The glamorous Dewsall Furs, Fire & Ice party returns this year on Saturday December 12th. The evening, filled with delicious food, dancing and magnificent surroundings will take place in the beautifully decorated Wainhouse Barn, set within Dewsall's 15 acres of immaculate grounds. As guests arrive, the drive-way will be lined with fire torches leading party-goers to the elegantly decorated Wainhouse, laden with fur, and aglow with candles, a log fire and fire pits.

‘Rock Form’, the much-loved sculpture by renowned artist Barbara Hepworth, will be returning to public display in Wolverhampton next month (SEPT), it has been announced. The Royal Bank of Scotland, which owns the sculpture, has formally agreed to loan it to City of Wolverhampton Council for display in the city’s art gallery. Rock Form will take pride of place in the gallery atrium until its proposed return to its former home in the Mander Shopping Centre.
